How It all Started

Our founder started his career as a welder repairing drilling equipment and fabricating steel for deep excavation projects in his employer's fab yard. Eventually, he transitioned into the field, gaining experience on site by repairing a wider variety of equipment and more challenging structural projects. He decided to make the jump and start his own business because while he was still proud of the effort and quality put into his work, it lacked the customer relationships and interaction. Starting his own endeavor allowed him to have an even closer connection to the client and the work he was producing.
